Editorial guidelines
Our aim is useful, original, people-first writing. Every registered author can publish directly without administrator approval.
Before you publish
- Write original content that directly helps your intended reader.
- Use a clear title, a descriptive URL and well-structured H2/H3 headings.
- Support factual claims with reliable sources. Link to original research where possible.
- Use images you own or have permission to use, with meaningful alternative text.
- Add relevant internal links and a concise, accurate meta description.
- Disclose sponsorships and mark paid links as sponsored.
- Avoid plagiarism, keyword stuffing, misleading claims and link spam.
Health and other sensitive subjects
Identify the author’s relevant experience, cite authoritative sources, and have specialist claims reviewed by a suitably qualified professional. Content must not replace individual professional advice.
Publishing process
Save a private draft while writing, then choose Publish article to make it live immediately. No administrator approval is required. Authors can edit and update their own published articles directly. Administrators can manage all articles.
